Before the home can be staged, it must be in a freshly cleaned state where everything is ready for items to be strategically placed. Surfaces and counters need to be wiped, washrooms need to be clean and floors need to be washed.
We ask that strong odours be avoided in order to maintain the neutral clean smell of our staging items. Pillows and cloth materials can absorb strong odours and compromise the quality of our staging items.
We love pets, and we realize that pets are an important part of the family. Preparing to move can be stressful for all members of the family. Try to keep your eye on the prize which is the most amount of money that your home will sell for given its best presentation possible. We strongly request that pets be kept away from sitting on furniture, pillows, linens and other delicate staging items. Some home owners are allergic to pets and we don't want to compromise staging items with pet allergens. Thank you.
Any items that are soiled or damaged will need to be washed or replaced if needed.
